On June 3rd, 2011, after celebrating 61 joyfully children‘s days, the Foothill Valley Center Elementary School fifth grade teachers and students visited the Chinese biggest intelligence measuring appliance research and development center - - To win the prestigious technical garden award. Aside from the award, they also watched environmental protection movies, played a Jeopardy style game on the conservation of energy, visited the Technical Garden Production Workshop, and also read a handbook study guide on energy saving. Throughout the day, there were many different kinds of fun activities. This allowed the children to gain a better understanding about using intelligent measuring appliances within their daily life. It is our hope that when they grow up and decide to purchase an electric measuring instrument, wheatear it be a water meter, gas meter, heat meter, etc., they can have a better understanding of the importance of energy saving and making right decisions to the benefit and wellbeing of everyone. The event follows the May 20th World measurement expo at the Central Plaza Pedestrian Center. The purpose of this expo was to improve knowledge of energy conservation, both now and in the future. It is another project for motherland owner - our "energy-saving angel". You cannot merely chant slogans to achieve energy saving. You must incorporate real life solutions, and put what you have learned into practice. By doing this you may improve the world and make it a better place for all. Wasion ‘s "essence of commensalism sincere cause" business purposes, is dependent on energy conservation, power efficiency, and responsibility. It is our hope that after these energy saving activities, the concept of “green” to school children will become more than just a color. We must start with children, take practical action to support energy conservation, and create a better future. Participating children said they not only learned about the daily life of the water, electricity, solar, energy saving, environmental protection, low-carbon green living concept, and other various new terminology, but also learned that they have to be an, "energy-saving angel”. They must go back to teach Mom and Dad about how to practice healthy low-carbon energy habits. Let"s start with ourselves, from each family, start bit by bit, in order to protect the environment, conserve resources, and be kind to the Earth. Let us all make a conscientious effort to advocate green energy practices, and build a conservation-oriented society so that we may all share this beautiful world together!
