System Compositions
 

  • The entire system is composed of tertiary devices, secondary channels and one system. In the system:
  • Tertiary devices refer to power metering devices, data acquisition equipment and master station devices.

  • Secondary channels refer to the data channels(downstream channels) between data acquisition equipment and meter, as well as those(upstream channels) between data acquisition equipment and master station system.

  • One system refers to the power user information collection and management system.

Main Functions

  • Provide the automatic meter reading and power monitoring at the metering points of various special transformer users, residential electricity consumption, public transformer districts and gateways under the jurisdiction of power grid.

  • Provide the automatic meter reading, improve the accuracy and timeliness of meter reading, and providethe guarantees for fair metering and billing.

  • Exercise the charge control, adoptthe three modes of charge control forpower users, i.e. the charge controlby master station/terminal/electric energy meter, and reducethe risks of power supply cost recovery.

  • Exercise the power consumption control, enablethe constant value control and remote control, and providethe scientific, reliable technical support means for safe, scientific and orderly power consumption, energy conservation and consumption reduction.

  • Realize the orderlypower consumption, preparethe brownout control program according to requirements in orderly power consumption management or safe production management, put power users' electric loads under the orderly control, stagger the power consumption, achievethe peak shifting and valley filling, and takethe measures for guaranteeing the power supply for important users.

  • Conduct the load analysis, supporttheload analysis within a certain period in a combined manner and with the classification by the district, industry, line, voltage level, custom group, users, transformer capacity, etc., achieve the minimal/maximal load and corresponding time of occurrence, as well as load curve trend, and carry out the contemporary comparisonfor the purpose of timely understanding changesin the power grid load.

  • Conduct the load factor analysis, support the statistical analysis on the load factor within different period of timewith the classification by the district, industry, line, voltage level, custom group, etc., and conduct the trend analysis.

  • Conduct the power analysis, and support the combinatorial analysis on the electric energy collected by the system on the daily, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis, including statistical power inquiry, YoY/MoM analysis on power, peak-valley analysis on electric energy, breakpoint analysis on electric energy, trend analysis on electricity consumption, analysis on peak hours, ranking, etc.,with the classification by the district, industry, line, voltage level, custom group, user, etc.

  • Conduct the abnormal power consumption analysis, compareand analyzethe data collected from metering points statistically, provideimportant users with consumption query and analysis functions, and handlethe alarm events according to different levels and system application requirements.

  • Conduct the statistical analysis on power quality, and analyzethe blackout, voltage threshold-crossing, power factor and harmonic at different metering point statistically.

  • Conduct the analysis on the economic operation of the district, analyze thedistrict current imbalance, load factor, power factor and other parametersstatistically, and provide thetechnical support for the economic operation of district transformer power.

  • Conduct the line/transformer loss analysis, complete thestatistics, calculation and analysis of line loss according to active/reactive forward/reverse electric energy data and power supply network topology data of each supply/receiving point and by the voltage level, area, line and district, support the statistical analysis on the bus balance, in-station loss, transformer loss of transformer substation, and provide thereliable technical support for line loss management.

  • Provideusers with power consumption information and service informationby means of WEB information publishing, SMS interaction, etc., and improvethe service quality. 

Construction Contents

 

  • Objectively analyze the power supply situation of power grid, accurately ascertain the application requirements, and completethe design and planning of power consumption information acquisition system.

  • Install fully electronic meters at all the metering points of various special transformer users, industrial and commercial users, residential electricity consumers, public transformer districts and gateways within the supply area of power grid.

  • Install data acquisition terminal, complete the wiring and communication debugging between the terminal and the meter, and flexibly adopt RS485/LVcarrier, etc. to collect data according to the actual situation.

  • Connect data acquisition terminal to master station system via PSTN/Ethernet/GPRS/CDMA and other means of communication according to the on-site communication network applications.

  • Establish files and communication at the master station system, conduct the combined commissioning of terminals and electric meters, and realize the automatic acquisition and monitoring.

  • Conduct electric energy management and application work of the access systems connected to each workstation.
